"To Do" List Creation

Purpose

You use the "to do" list to generate a list of objects for which appraisals should be prepared. You can decide whether you specify an object to be appraised and then search for appraisers, or whether you specify an appraiser and search for objects this appraiser is to appraise.

A "to do" list can, for example, be used to map the following scenarios:

A business event is to be appraised by the people who attended it. The instructor wants the system to determine who is going to attend the event, and then prepare the corresponding appraisals. In this case, the business event is the object to be appraised, and it is this object that the instructor wants to find objects for.

The manager of an organizational unit wants to hold performance reviews for all the people in his organizational unit who have been employed there for at least 6 months. He wants the system to generate a list of all the employees of the organizational unit, so that he can prepare all the appraisals from this list.
