Following Up and Approval of an Appraisal 

Purpose

A range of actions can be performed on an appraisal that has been completed:

Approval and follow-up are performed by means of a workflow. For more information, refer to Approving and Following Up an Appraisal (PA-PD).

Prerequisites

The appraisal has been completed.

Process Flow

  1. If applicable, pass on the appraisal to the appraisee for the appraisee’s approval.
  2. Pass on the appraisal results to other departments for further processing.
  3. Evaluate the results of the appraisal.
  4. If you need to make organizational arrangements for a feedback session, arrange a time and place, and invite the persons involved. Hold the feedback session at the time and place arranged, and keep a record of what was discussed.
  5. If applicable, plan for the next time the appraisal is to be held.

Result

You have carried out follow-up activities for the appraisal. If an appraisal was rejected, you can now proceed to the process Holding of an Appraisal.
