Option of
Displaying Information Messages and Notes Only Once 
Use
Until now, the system always displayed all
messages generated by time evaluation for that day, even for recalculations.
This included notes and information messages, which had generally been
processed or acknowledged already.
As of Release 4.6C, you can specify that you want a note or information
message to be displayed only once. This means that the message is not
generated again if the evaluation is repeated, as in the case of a
recalculation, for example.
The term "error number" has been changed to "message type", because the new term describes the different purposes of a message more accurately.
The new message processing function in the Time Manager's Workplace is in many areas more efficient and user-friendly than the Time Management pool used previously. See also the release note EnjoySAP: Time Manager's Workplace.

Specify whether each message type is to be displayed only once.
