Preparing the Data Conversion

The customer carries out these steps.

Carry out the individual steps in the order specified. The symbol on the left-hand side shows you the status of the individual steps:

Icon	Meaning
	Can be processed
	Blocked for processing
	Processing successfully completed
	Processing completed with a warning. Analyze the log. If necessary, reset the step ( ), rectify the error, and run the step again.
	Processing completed with serious errors; the subsequent steps cannot be carried out. Analyze the log. Reset the step ( ), rectify the error, and run the step again.
Running	Shows that the conversion step is being carried out.
	Displays the current status at any point during the conversion step.
Log	Displays the log. Once you have carried out a step, the system creates a log. Note that the log is continually updated, so you may have to scroll to see the information that you require.
	Displays the detailed documentation to the individual steps.
