– no: (Default) Some of the confirmation messages of BRBACKUP are suppressed (see -c|-confirm).
– yes: All the confirmation messages are displayed.
– no: No compression (default).
– yes: Software compression.
– hardware: Set this option if your tape device can perform hardware compression.
– no: No verification (default).
– yes: Verification. Use this function to check the readability and the completeness of the backup (see -w|-verify).
– no: You cannot enter the password interactively (default).
– yes: You must enter the password interactively. The password is not visible when you enter it and does not appear in the process list.
