QM: Notifications and Incoming Telephone Calls 

Description

The function "incoming telephone calls" makes it easier for you to create notifications.

When a customer calls, the system determines the customer number on the basis of the caller's telephone number and copies it into a notification. If the system cannot associate a specific customer with the telephone number, it displays a selection list from which the person who is creating the notification can select a corresponding customer.

Change system parameters in customizing

In Customizing for Basis , you must activate SAPphone function and make sure that the QM component is a subscriber.
