Define allowed entries for car rental class rules

In this step you assign the class rules for car rental class rules to the corresponding car rental classes depending on the duration of utilization.

In section

Assignment of Travel Profiles to Trip and Class Rules you can then assign car rental-specific rules the corresponding priorities such as ("Top priority", "Not allowed").

Example

For trips that last longer than 5 days, the traveling employee is to be entitled to a car of the class "Upper middle class". Make the following settings:

• Selection of a class rulel:
  e.g. ADVANCED

• Minimum utilization in days:
  5

• Selection of rental car:
  04 (Upper middle class)
