Define assignment of travel profiles to trip and class rules

In this step you assign the defined travel profiles the trip rules you have specified for the relevant services (flight, hotel, car rental).

In infotype '0470' (Travel profile) you can then assign the profiles to individual employees. In this way you ensure that your enterprise-specific travel policy is applied at booking.

Activities

1. Choose a defined travel profile.
2. Choose New entries.
3. Choose a travel service category (flight, hotel, car rental)
4. Specify the travel profile on the basis of following entries:
a) A profile position, as defined in the following sections:
Define flight trip rules
Define hotel trip rules
Define car rental trip rules
b) Trip activity type
c) A class rule, as defined in the following sections:
Define flight class rules
Define hotel class rules
Define car rental class rules
d) Priority
