Calling the Wizard 
Use
A Wizard helps you with mapping between cells in a data sheet and the database fields in the SAP System when you work with Microsoft Excel as an Office application.
Prerequisites
A document is open. For more information see
Creating or Opening Documents.You have set up the layout. Further information can be found under
Exporting Characteristics for Layout.
Procedure
Select

A dialog box appears.
- Select either a workbook or a template (locally stored file).
- Enter the required data and select Continue.
A dialog box appears.
- Enter the name of the table sheet and the name of the control sheet and select Continue.
A dialog box appears.
- Select a mode:
Mapping is done using characteristic names.
Mapping is done using characteristic names and characteristic descriptions including units of measure and long texts.
- Select Continue.
A dialog box appears with a table.
- Do the following to define the cells for the characteristic values:
- Click each row in the Cell for characteristic value.
- Use the arrow keys to move the pointer in the Office application area in the selected table sheet.
The system
- Highlights the current cells
- Displays the cell address in a dialog box
- Once you have selected the cells you want for characteristic values, confirm this.
- Repeat steps from a to c for all characteristics.
- Select Continue.
