Budget Values

Use

The drilldown reports listed below are used for analyzing the budget values of an investment program:

For each program position, the system shows the plan and budget values, and the difference between the two. The comparison is made for the overall values and for annual values.

For each program position, the system shows the total distributed budget, the budget that was distributed to lower positions in the hierarchy, and the budget that is still distributable. The report shows these values, separately by approval period, for

This drilldown report corresponds to the one above. However, it shows the annual values rather than the overall values.

For more information see Fiscal Year Change.

For each program position, the system shows the overall value across from the annual values.

For each program position, the system shows the original budget, supplements and returns, and the resulting current budget. These values are displayed both for overall values and annually.

Here the system shows the overall and annual budget of all end nodes (the positions in the hierarchy with no positions subordinate to them) in an investment program, broken down by the reason for the investment. (Possible investment reasons include replacement investment, rationalization, expansion, environmental protection). The first screen of the drilldown report shows the totals of all these budgets by company code.

The report shows, per program position, the budget value of the position, the budget distributed to the individual measures belonging to the position, the budget that can still be distributed, the budget already used in the form of funds committed at the level of the individual measures. This comparison can be made for overall values and for annual values.
