Use
If the appraisal model on which the appraisal is based allows this, you can deleted an
archived appraisal, or change its status back to In process. If you reset the status, this means that you can edit appraisals again (if, for example, they were rejected, or completed by mistake).The way in which you edit an appraisal will depend on its status:

Procedure
A list appears displaying all the appraisals that fulfill the selection criteria you specified.
To delete appraisals |
To reset the status to In process |
Choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Delete. The appraisals you selected are deleted.
You can also delete appraisals from the Appraisals Where Appraisee and Appraisals Where Appraiser subprofiles. |
Choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Reset status to In process. The status of the appraisals selected is reset to In process. |
