insert_ranges 

Use this method to insert a set of ranges into the spreadsheet document. Each range is described by one entry in the internal table that you pass in the ranges parameter.

CALL METHOD spreadsheet->insert_ranges
       EXPORTING ranges    = ranges
                 no_flush  = no_flush
       IMPORTING error     = error
                 retcode   = retcode.
