In this infotype (0394) you register data related to employee family members that are relevant for family allowance runs and for the calculation of Social Insurance payments in Argentina. You can view and maintain this infotype only through the infotype family (0021)

Structure

Child allowance

In this field you enter data related to the child allowance If you check the box Child allowance, the system automatically calculates the date up to which the employee receives the child allowance.

If you view or maintain the data relating to a family member other than a child, you have available the fields in this box in which to make entries. In the case of children, all the data appearing in this box is important to determine the total of the family allowances.

Other

The data appearing in this box refers to the spouse as well as to the children. The data in the fields Work and Grade are merely informative and do not affect any calculation.

The information regarding the registered family member is relevant for the calculation of the Welfare Fund amount. Other relevant information for the calculation of payments and contributions to Social Insurance is deposited in the infotype Social Insurance (0392).

To obtain the correct family allowance calculation, you must fix the retroactive accounting for the infotype Family/ Reference person (0021) so that you do not cause retroactive accounting. To do this, see Fix retroactive accounting in the infotype Family/Reference person (0021)
