Family Data Infotype: Special Schooling Assistance 

 

Definition

In this infotype (0393) you record data regarding assignment of special education assistance. You use this data to determine the total assigned to each employee.

This infotype is not relevant for retroactive accounting.

Structure

Family Member

This field represents a Family infotype subtype, that is, a relative type. Therefore, the possible values in this field are defined in the Family infotype.

 

In order to enter data in this infotype, you need to create a
family member in the Family infotype. If you do not do this, the system will not allow you to make entries in this infotype.

Child Number

This number represents a particular family member and also comes from the Family infotype data.

School Certificate

The field Child name is suggested directly by the system.

The field School year is also suggested by the system, but the field can be overwritten.

The field Deadline for submission is important in order to determine if the employee is to continue receiving special education assistance.

The fields Current and previous year determine whether the employee has submitted the school certificate for the current school year and the school certificate for the previous year, respectively. This data is necessary in order to determine the continuation of payment due to special education assistance.
