If you use SAPDBA (BRBACKUP, BRARCHIVE, BRRESTORE) with an external backup program, you can specify the product name here.
Default value: None
Possible values:
<product name> - Specify the name of the backup program used. This product name can be a maximum of two words and 20 characters long. SAPDBA uses this parameter value in several places to refer to the backup program used and record its name in the logs. If parameter backup_util_name does not appear in the profile, SAPDBA uses the name ext. backup utility for the program when the external backup program is called.See
