Working in the Overviews
Use
The component overview, the capacity overview, the costs and revenues overview, and the maintenance orders overview graphically present additional information about the project elements in the Gantt chart.
Features
You can display the overviews for WBS elements or activities in addition to the Gantt chart. You can so obtain an overview on the planned material components, capacities, as well as costs and revenues.
Activities
To show an overview, select a WBS element or activity and choose Details ® and then the name of the required overview (for example, Component overview).

Component overview |

In the component overview you can use the context menu (e.g. right-hand mouse button) to execute all editing functions for component allocations. |
Capacity overview |
|
This overview displays the capacity load from four weeks before to four weeks after the period for the capacity is required for the selected WBS element or activity. |
Costs and revenues overview |
|
In the costs and revenues overview up to three values can be evaluated. If, for instance, five cost fields are displayed in tabular area, only the first three are displayed graphically. It is important that the three fields have the same number format. The format of the first field determines the format for the evaluation. If the format of the other fields does not agree with this format, no evaluation takes place. Fields that are not displayed in the tabular area are not evaluated in the graphic area. |
Maintenance order overview |

This overview displays the dates of service and maintenance orders based on the scheduled dates. |
In each overview, you can execute functions by using the context menu (right-hand mouse button). For instance, you can select all object in an overview, display the legend, display an additional detail list, or close the overview.
