Displaying Detail Lists for Overviews 

Use

For every overview in the project planning board you can display a list of details in a separate dialog box. In the details list the data for the relevant overview is displayed divided up in periods.

What You Should Know

Goods movement overview for component overview
  1. Select a component in the component overview.
  2. In the context menu choose GR/GI list.

The overview displays all the goods issue and receipts for the selected components.

Capacity load overview for the capacity overview
  1. Select a work center.
  2. In the context menu choose Capacity load list.

The capacity load overview (list) displays the capacity requirements of all requirement sources

Period drilldown
  1. Select a WBS element or WBS element in the costs overview
  2. In the context menu choose Period drilldown.

The list shows a period drilldown for the selected WBS element or activity.
