Creating Networks by Copying Standard Networks 
When you create a network from a standard network, the system distinguishes whether or not a standard WBS is assigned to the standard network.
Procedures
Copying Standard Networks Without a Standard WBS
The initial screen appears.
If you do not know the alternative, you can choose from a list of alternatives after you have maintained data for the network header.
The network header appears.
The standard network is copied into the network.
Copying Standard Networks With a Standard WBS
When you copy a standard network that is assigned to a standard WBS, you can let the system create a new operative work breakdown structure.
The initial screen appears.
If you do not know the alternative, you can choose from a list of alternatives after you have maintained data for the network header.
The network header appears.

If the system is to automatically create an operative work breakdown structure, do not enter either a project definition or a WBS element in the network header.
Otherwise, enter the an existing operative project definition or WBS element to which you want to assign the network.
The standard network is copied into the network.

If you want an operative work breakdown structure to be created automatically, do not create any assignments from the network to operative WBS elements.
If you have not entered a project definition or a WBS element, the Create network dialog box appears. Project Allocation
You an now create a new operative work breakdown structure from the standard WBS to which the standard network is linked.
The Create project dialog box appears.
The WBS element overview appears.
You return to the dialog box Create network: Project allocation
The new operative work breakdown structure is created.
