If you are working in the project planning board, you can print the individual screen areas directly. The following options are available:

• You can print only the Gantt chart.
• You can print all the overviews (component, capacity, costs, and maintenance order overviews) individually.
• You can print the Gantt chart and all the overviews together in a general overview.

You can also write additional information in a print box, which you can integrate in the print-out.

Before you print the general overview, you must open all the overviews.

1. Choose or Project ® Print ® All. A screen appears with a print preview of the general overview.

2. You can change the print settings by choosing Page Setup... and Printer Setup...
