Define
profile
In this work step you define profiles that
combine default values and settings for processing original files.
The background information in a profile is
standard information that are often required in similar constellations for
processing original files.
Recommendation
It is best to assign only one
role </< to a
user or activity group.
Activities
Carry out the following activities: RESET N1
1. Create the name and de.
You can assign a profile to one role as well as one or several
users.
3. Select a
profile and carry out the step create default
values.
4. Enter, for
example, the following default values for the application. These are the
values you want when processing an original file:
- The
working directory you want to copy the the original files to. The
original files that:
- Are automatically saved when a specified
status is set
- Were already stored in a secure area and you
want to continue processing.
5. Save the
settings.
