Maintaining the Standard Available Capacity  

Prerequisites

You have already assigned the capacities whose standard available capacity you want to maintain to the resource. You have already entered the general data for this capacity.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Capacities tab page in resource maintenance.
  2. Position the cursor on one of the fields of the capacity whose standard available capacity you want to maintain. Choose Capacity.

    3. The Header screen of the capacity you selected appears.

  3. Maintain the data in the Standard Available Capacity group box.
  4. Choose .

If a version of available capacity is active, the system uses it instead of the standard available capacity. An entry in the Active Version field of the Header screen tells you that a version of available capacity is active. If you want the system to use the standard available capacity, you must delete this entry.
