Changing PIRs 

Procedure

  1. On the Demand Management screen, select Indep.reqmts ® Change.

    2. The initial screen for maintaining independent requirements appears.

  2. Enter the material number of the material, the name of the product group, or the requirements plan.
  3. Enter the plant of the planned independent requirements to be changed.
  4. Enter the requirements type.

    5. If you want to select all requirements types, leave this field blank.

  5. Select the versions you want to include.
  6. Choose Continue.

    7. If the planned independent requirements are created using a reference, the system displays a dialog box.

  7. You can accept the changes with or without a manual check. The following options are available:

    8. – You can copy all changes in the reference.

    – You can copy some of the changes. For this selection the system displays the new reference values and the current values. Select the changes you want to copy to the current independent requirements.

    – You do not have to copy the changed quantities.

    If the selected planned independent requirement is not created using a reference, or if no changes are made to the reference, the system displays the schedule lines screen of the planned independent requirements.

  8. On the schedule lines screen, you have the following options for changing planned independent requirements:
