Creating PIRs with Reference 

Prerequisites

You must have performed planning procedures and have results to use as reference. You can choose from the following reference types:

Procedure

  1. To create planned independent requirements using a reference, on the Demand Management screen, select Planned indep.reqmts ® Create.

    2. The screen for creating planned independent requirements appears.

  2. Enter the material number, the name of the product group or the requirements plan.
  3. Enter the plant and / or the material (see Material Requirements Planning).
  4. Enter the version.
  5. Choose Reference.

    6. The Copy Reference dialog box appears.

  6. Select a reference type.
