POS interface uses documents that already exist in other areas in the SAP system. You can archive these documents using the relevant archiving objects in your SAP system.

Separate POS table entries also exist in your SAP system that cannot be archived. You can delete these objects as required.

The following objects are important during re-organization or when you are archiving POS Interface data:

• Error messages generated for IDocs
• Status information generated for IDocs
• Workitems
• Document flow

• Billing
• Inventory Management
• Financial Accounting

• Purchase orders
• Purchase requisitions
• Deliveries
• Sales orders
