Deleting Status Tables and Change Pointers 
Use
Use this function to remove unnecessary POS interface - outbound and assortment list data used for controlling system functions, from your SAP system. Examples of this type of data are status lines from logs, change pointers, relevant log records, and IDocs.
Integration
Use reorganization program to delete data for POS interface outbound and for assortments lists. The following tables are affected:

Then you have to generate a more up-to-date data record with DLMOD = U or I and GESST = X or H.
The system deletes this data record during the next reorganization and all other data records if no newer data records have been generated with DELMOD = U or I and GESST = X or H.
