Scheduling a Time-Based Maintenance Plan for the First Time 

Prerequisites

When you schedule a maintenance plan, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

Procedure

  1. In the maintenance planning menu, choose Scheduling ® Schedule.

    2. You reach the initial screen for scheduling a maintenance plan.

  2. Enter the number of the maintenance plan you want to schedule, and choose Continue.

    3. You reach the Maintenance Schedule screen.

  3. To start the scheduling function, choose Edit ® Start.

    4. The system displays the field Start of cycle as ready for input.

  4. Enter the date on which you want scheduling to start, and choose Continue.

    5. The system automatically calculates the planned dates and call dates based on the maintenance packages and the scheduling parameters.

    If necessary, you can cancel scheduling (see Canceling Scheduling).

  5. Save the scheduled maintenance plan.
