Evaluating the Goods Issue in the Cost Element Report 

  1. Go to session 2 Cost Report.
  2. To evaluate the current data, call the cost element report again.

    3. Evaluating Costs in the Cost Element Report

    The consumption causes actual costs on activities 3000, 3100, and 3200 under cost element 890000 (consumption of Semifinished products). The stock value for WBS element T-10### is reduced accordingly.

  3. To display the actual costs separately for each activity, select activities 3000, 3100 and 3200 one after the other in the structure display.
  4. To call up the line item report, select the value in the Actual column, and choose .
  5. To display the material document, select a row and choose Document.

    6. There is only one material document as the goods issue took place for all items simultaneously.

  6. Choose , until the Cost Element Report appears.
