Evaluating Costs in the Cost Element Report 

Usage

For project controlling, you evaluate the costs by cost element in the Project Information System.

Prerequisites

You update planned costs to your project.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:
  2. Menu Path

    From the Project System node, choose Information System ® Financials ® Execute Report ® Cost Element Report.

    Transaction Code

    GR55

  3. Enter report group Z6P1 and choose .
  4. If required, enter database profile 130000000000, then choose .
  5. Enter the following data:

  7. Choose .
  8. The aggregated costs of your project are displayed in the report.

  9. To break down the planned costs according to each object, click on the different objects in the structure tree (wbs elements or activities).
  10. Choose until you reach the overview tree.
  11. Choose Yes in the dialog box.
