Non-Managed Spend
The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Non-Managed Spend
. You can display the spend for suppliers that was not matched to a purchase order as a percentage of the total spend. Keeping the spend that has not gone through your purchasing organization low is desirable.
Key Features
Calculation rule:
This KPI determines the sum (without taxes) paid to suppliers without a purchase order reference in relation to the total spend for suppliers. The calculation is based on accounting documents.
Generic drill down:
You can use the following measures: non-managed spend and total spend, non-managed spend in percent.

Dimensions
Input parameters: SAP client, display currency (used to convert all amounts from the company code currency into the display currency for the current date), selection time frame
Filter: posting date, accounting document type, supplier, created by, vendor account group, WBS element, G/L account, order, cost center, controlling area, fund, profit center, company code, plant
System Landscape Requirements
The app consists of front-end components and back-end components. The back-end components and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
