With the transactional app My Appointments, you can create, display, edit, and delete appointments. This app is available for use on desktop PCs and mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. You can also use this app in offline mode.

Key Features
  • Display your own appointments by month or by week

  • Display appointments of those who have shared their calendars with you

  • Display the key data of an appointment, such as account and contact

  • Display the complete data of an appointment, such as attendees, notes, attachments, and transaction history

  • Create new appointments and edit appointment data, such as account, contact, employee responsible, and attendees

  • Display, add, edit, and delete notes and attachments for an appointment

  • Create follow-up appointments, tasks, opportunities, and leads

  • Use the app in offline mode

Offline Use on Mobile Devices

The following restrictions apply when you use the app in offline mode:

  • You cannot create new appointments or edit appointment data.

  • You cannot upload attachments.

  • You cannot create follow-up appointments, tasks, opportunities, or leads.

Note If you want to deploy the app for offline use, you need to implement and configure it, then package it for installation on mobile devices. For more information about packaging, see Preparing SAP Fiori Apps for Offline Use.
Technical Features

In addition, this app supports the following technical features and options. Some of these features require additional components or settings in your system landscape:

  • This app enables you to upload documents. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you install a virus scanner in your system landscape. For more information, see Virus Scanning.

Navigation Targets

This app enables users to access other apps directly (for example to display detailed information).

Note

Linked apps have to be already available in your system landscape or you have to implement them along with this app.

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:

  • SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP CRM 7.0 (11 (01/2016))
  • SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP CRM 7.0 (01 (01/2016))
Note If you want to implement the product on SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM or a lower release, you need to install the software component containing the back-end components of the apps (that is, GBX02CRM 700) separately on your back-end system. This software component is delivered with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM. To install the apps for a lower back-end release, we recommend that you install both the front-end and back-end components with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM.

The front-end components of this app (such as the user interface) are delivered together with the components of other apps as part of this SAP Fiori product:
