The required correspondence data has already been created and is stored in the correspondence container.
Choose one of the following paths:

SAP Easy Access screen:
Enter the run date and the run ID.
Enter additional parameters (see Functions for Scheduling Program Runs).
In the correspondence selection, specify which entries are to be printed.
You can start the output request immediately after you have created the spool request by setting the Output Request after Last Document
indicator in the print parameters.
If you do not set this indicator, the output request remains in the spool until you print it or delete it.
You have entered the parameters for the correspondence print run. You can now schedule the program run (see Scheduling Correspondence Print Runs).
