SUP.03 How to Activate Tracing

When a problem occurs with NWBC for Desktop, an available detailed tracing file is useful to allow us to quickly eliminate some root causes and to fully understand the problem. In such cases, activate the highest level of tracing possible. The menu path is  Settings  Advanced  Support . Set trace level to Verbose.
