This query displays the following information for the projects assigned to the user’s cost centers:

Actual and planned costs of previous period, and the variance
Actual and planned costs of current year (cumulated up to previous period), and the variance
Actual and planned costs of the entire project, and the variance

You can personalize the controlling area and cost center(s) so that they are selected automatically. Without personalization, you must enter this information when you start the query.
