Defining Downloads (Server -> Directory)
With this part of the whitelist you define
- from which start servers outside of your system landscape it is possible to download files to local directories.
- to which local target directories it is allowed to download files.
Procedure: Define the Start Server
- Ensure that you are in the Change "Whitelist" View: Overview view.
- Select the line of the whitelist DEFAULT in the table and then open the folder Download (Server -> Directory) with a double-click. You are now on the Change "Download (Server -> Directory) Screen: Overview screen. Here you list the directories and servers for the whitelist that are permitted for the download procedure.
- Choose the button New Entries (F5).
- Position your cursor in the upper table field of the Whitelist column and press the F4 button to open the input help. As you had already selected the whitelist in the previous setp, you now just get a select list offered to you in this step. Select the list and close the selection dialog box.
- Position the cursor in the relevant table field of the File Storage columns and enter the required Start Server in the table from which the files can be downloaded. Select the Server type for the file storage.
- Save your entries using the Save(Ctrl + S) button.
Note
You can find a selection of all available content repositories using transaction OACT. Detailed information on the individual content repositories is found using transaction CSADMIN.
To create further start servers for the download, repeat the steps described above.
Procedure: Define the Target Directory
Note
The steps of this section are necessary if the ACFUpDownload Control or Microsoft Project Integration is used.
Position the cursor in the next table field of the Whitelist column and repeat the procedure described above to define a local Target Directorys for downloaded files:
