Use

You can print the list. You can make various settings that determine the appearance of the printout.

Prerequisites

• Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer.

• The Print Version tab page is displayed in the Settings dialog box.

Activities

1. To export the list to Adobe Acrobat, choose Print Version in the application toolbar.

   Acrobat Reader is started. In a dialog box, you can decide whether you want to open the list in a temporary file or save it to a specific location of your choice.

2. Choose the required option and confirm your choice.

   The file with the data for your list is loaded.
