Organizing the Allocation of Multi-Page Lists
Use
If your list is too large to be displayed on one page, the width of the columns is automatically reduced to the size of the type area. The height of the list is not changed. The printout contains as many pages as are required for the complete list.
You can determine how you want to allocate information from the list to the various pages.
-
Repeat column header
If the width of the paper is sufficient, but the height of the paper is not, you can specify whether the column header is to appear on every page.
-
Fit to page
If the list is only slightly larger than the paper, you can reduce the size so that it fits on one page.
-
Spread list over several pages.
If you want to spread the list over several pages, you determine whether the column header is to appear on every subsequent page. You also determine whether columns that are defined as fixed columns are repeated on the subsequent adjacent pages.
