Application Type: List Report

Structure

The Analytics List Component uses the SAP List Viewer (ALV) to display data of a BEx query in several forms. You can sort and filter data, define your own view, and export lists.

You can use the List Report application type to call the List Report on Application Query application with a launchpad.

Launchpad Configuration: Mandatory Parameters

To navigate to a List Report, you must enter the mandatory parameters.

See Application Types: Mandatory Parameters.

Launchpad Configuration: Advanced Parameters (Optional)

For details on the optional parameter settings, see Application Types: Advanced Parameters.

Details on particular optional parameters are described below:

  • List Report View

You can define the layout with which the list is displayed.

  • Launchpad Role and Launchpad Instance

In the list, you can navigate to other destinations or applications with the Goto button. You define these navigation destinations in a launchpad or in transaction RSBBS. Enter the role and instance of the launchpad in which you have defined the navigation destinations.

  • Application Adaptation

You can define the behavior of the list in the launchpad by specifying an adaptation in the configuration of the launchpad. SAP delivers three adaptations with which you can specify the drill-down behavior of the list:

    • No Drill-down Allowed= 1

    • Vertical Drill-down Allowed= 2

    • Horizontal and Vertical Drill-down Allowed= 3

You can also define your own adaptations and use these in the launchpad.
