Run Rules on a Worksheet

Run the rules defined for a worksheet to show how many and what percentage of records failed each rule.

1. If you are not already on the Rules tab of your worksheet, click the Rules icon in the top left corner above your worksheet.
   The Rules screen shows a tile with the rule name for each defined rule.

   Note

   If you have many rules, you can switch from the tile view to the list view.

2. Click the Run All Rules icon on the lower right of the Rules screen.
   Each tile or list item is updated to show the following information:

   • Number of records that failed the rule

   • Percentage of records that failed the rule
