This iView enables managers to perform salary planning and allocate bonuses and stock options for employees who are assigned to organizational units within their areas of responsibility. Managers can display actual planning data, in addition to employee data that is relevant for compensation, and thereby create plans that they can check on a review screen before actually submitting them.
Graphical comparison and summary views are available to support compensation planning.

Managers who are responsible for planning compensation can enter a note for each employee, specifying why the employee should receive a particularly high bonus or no bonus at all. The manager responsible for the approval can also enter a note for each employee and specify the reasons for rejecting a planned compensation adjustment, for example.
This iView can be implemented in integration with the Compensation Approval iView.
You can launch an employee’s Compensation Profile service from this iView.
The remaining iViews on a page enable the manager to display additional employee data. To do this, the manager selects an employee in the Employee Search iView. The Floor Plan Manager uses eventing to transfer the newly selected employee's personnel number to the other iViews on the page. The iViews then display the appropriate employee data.
