This iView enables higher-level mangers to check, and approve or reject the compensation plans of their lower-level managers. In addition to the actual planning data, managers can also display additional employee data that is relevant for planning and compensation.
Graphical comparison and summary views are available to support managers when approving or rejecting compensation plans.
The diverse configuration options available for displaying data allow you to tailor all planning interfaces and compensation plans to suit your individual needs. For more information, see the document Object and Data Provider .
The manager responsible for the approval can enter a note for each employee or answer existing notes and specify, for example, the reason for rejecting a planned compensation adjustment.
