Workflow Templates We provide two workflow templates for requisition requests that you can use as examples and as a template for creating your own workflow templates. Each approval step is realized using the Subworkflow ApproveRQ (WS 500000049) .
ProcessREC_0 (WS16900009)
This template depicts the forwarding of requisition requests to the recruiter. The requisition request object is automatically created in the E-Recruiting system with the
In Process
status, and all follow-up activities in the recruitment process can start. There is not an approval step. In the
Status Overview
iView, the manager sees the requisition request has the status
Completed
.
Note
This status only refers to the requisition request, and not to the status of the requisition.
The rule ID ( RecProcessor ) that is used for the processor assignment of the recruiter is stored in the container.
In the standard system, this workflow template is assigned to the
Simple Requisition Request
form.
This workflow includes task TS16900003. The standard task automatically creates a requisition request in the E-Recruiting system in the background after the request is sent.
ProcessREC_1 (WS16900010)
This template depicts an approval process with an approval step. When you send the request, it contains an approver for approval. The system uses this template to determine the user name of the approver who is the higher-level manager of the requesting manager in the organizational structure (rule
ApproverNext
). As soon as the request is approved, the requisition request object is automatically created in the E-Recruiting system with the
In Process
status, and all follow-up activities in the recruitment process can start.
In the standard system, this workflow template is assigned to the
Extended Requisition Request
form.
This workflow includes task TS16900003. The standard task automatically creates a requisition request in the E-Recruiting system in the background after the request is sent.
