Use

To depict an approval step within an approval chain, you can use the subworkflow ApproveRQ.

Features

In addition to a reference to the requisition request, enter the role ID to determine the approver as the import element of the workflow container.

The approval step depicts the following logic: a requisition request can be approved, rejected, or sent back to the request author. If it is approved, there is no subsequent action. If it is rejected, the system sends an e-mail to the request author.

Note that for this, you must create the e-mail address in the Communication infotype (0105), and set up the option for sending e-mails in your system.

If the requisition request is sent back to the author, the author can resend the request after changing the data, or complete the request without taking further action.
