This iView lets the manager display photos stored in the SAP component SAP ArchiveLink for applicants and employees in his or her area of responsibility.

Integration

The Photo iView is part of the pages General Information , Compensation Information, Personnel Development and Compensation Profile .

In the Employee Search or the Plan Compensation iView, the manager selects the employee whose data is to be displayed in the iView Photo .

Note Note

All iViews on these pages are called by one Web Dynpro application for each page. In the standard system, they are not standalone applications, since the user runs significant parts of the data selection for all iViews on this page centrally using a master iView. For more information about how to include such iViews in different places in your portal, see the documentation for the Business Package for Self-Service Administrator .

End of the note.

Prerequisites

For general system prerequisites, see the Business Package for Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) .

In addition, the interface of your archive system must have an HTTP 4.5 certification.
