This iView allows the manager to display each employee’s current salary compared with the internal specifications for his or her salary group, the compa-ratio to the reference salary, and the percentage position in the salary range. The data comparison is displayed in a graphic thereby enabling the manager to see at a glance whether the employee’s salary is above or below the reference salary.
This iView is part of the pages
Compensation Information
and
Compensation Profile
.
In the
Employee Search
or the
Plan Compensation
iView, the manager selects the employee whose data is to be displayed in the iView
Salary Data
.
Note
All iViews on these pages are called by one Web Dynpro application for each page. In the standard system, they are not standalone applications, since the user runs significant parts of the data selection for all iViews on this page centrally using a master iView. For more information about how to include such iViews in different places in your portal, see the documentation for the Business Package for Self-Service Administrator .
