RangeofFunctions

This iView supports managers when they make decisions. It displays the guidelines that apply to an employee and a compensation plan, for example, information on bonuses, stock options and so on.

Note Note

The guidelines can include default values and/or allowed minimum and maximum limits for a compensation review. In the case of salary adjustments or bonus plans, amounts and/or percentages are possible. In the case of Long-Term Incentive plans, number values are possible.

Integration

This iView is launched by selecting the link for a specific employee on the Compensation Planning work set.

This iView is part of the page Compensation Profiles .

In the Plan Compensation iView, the manager selects the employee(s) whose data is to be displayed in the iView Compensation Guidelines .

Note Note

All iViews on this page are called by one Web Dynpro application. In the standard system, they are not standalone applications, since the user runs significant parts of the data selection for all iViews on this page centrally using a master iView.
