Personnel Administration

Use

Managers can use this function to request administrative changes for their employees and to approve processes started by employees.

We recommend that you only use the processes from the HCM Processes and Forms subcomponent for administrative changes, and that you no longer implement the Personnel Change Requests . Features

HCM Processes and Forms

You use this application if you have implemented the Business Package for HR Administrator (SAP ERP) . It gives managers access to the processes and forms that are available with the HCM Processes and Forms subcomponent of the HR Administrative Services application component.

You use the Business Package for HR Administrator (SAP ERP) and in the ERP system, the application component HR Administrative Services (PA-AS) .

Personnel Change Requests

You use this application if you do not want to use the Business Package for HR Administrator (SAP ERP) . However, note the recommendation in the “Use” section.

You implement the Personnel Administration (PA-PA) application component in the ERP system.
