What's New in CDS View Building Tools
CDS View Building tools are an integral part of the client installation of ABAP Development Tools for SAP NetWeaver (ADT). ADT is released to customers in combination with the SAP NetWeaver 7.4 and 7.31 shipment. This means, in order to use certain ADT functionalities, you need to provide the corresponding back end.
The following table gives you an overview of the released ADT versions and ABAP back ends:
