Function documentationChange Time Period Focus

In the time bar navigation area you use the time period focus to define the time window that is displayed in the graphs. You can either have the system display the entire display area to get a complete picture or you can set the display period for the desired detailed display to any time segment. To do this, you can move and resize the time period focus.

Features

The following functions are available to you:

  • You can move the time period focus on the time axis. To do this you wither click in the time bar navigation area on the desired position or move the time period focus holding the left mouse button clicked. The size of the time window is retained.

  • You can increase/decrease the time period focus by zooming with the mouse wheel. To do this, hold the mouse pointer over the focus and turn the mouse wheel.

  • You can click the lateral borders (sliders) at the left and right edge of the time period focus and move the edges while pressing the mouse button. This modifies the display period.

  • You can extend the period selection to the entire display area by double clicking within the time period focus. A renewed double-click reverts the time period focus to the previous timeframe.

If no data exists in the current time window, Smart Chart displays the message No data in visible time window. If no data is available for the entire evaluation period of the patient, the system displays the message No data available.

Predefined time windows are available for simpler time navigation. For more information, see Predefined Time Windows.
