You use the Plan Appointment function to plan/create appointments in the defined planning tool (e.g. planning grid).

Note Note

The Create Appointment (Create Appointment) function is not active, as you can create appointments using the Plan Appointment function.

Procedure

  1. You call the Patient Appointments MED from the clinical work station.

  2. Select an entry, and then choose Plan Appointment (Plan Appointment).

    Note Note

    Multiple selection is possible: You select an appointment, hold the CTRL key and then select the next appointment. You can continue to select further appointments as long as you are holding down the CTRL key.

    You will access the planning grid which system administration has defined, e.g. the planning grid.

  3. You plan or create the appointment.

  4. To return to the patient appointment calendar, choose Back (Back).
