Access the Cumulative Findings
You can use your settings in the initial screen of cumulative findings to individually define the call for the cumulative findings.
Cumulative Findings | Here you can enter the ID for defined cumulative findings. You can also use the user parameter KUM to preset the cumulative findings. The system will then define the layout according to the customizing settings. |
Patient | You can preset the patient number using the selection function from the care unit list or document list. |
Case | You can preset the case number using the selection function from the care unit list or document list. |
Multi-Inst. | The system will determine the lab data for the patient for all related institutions. |
From/To Date | Both date entries restrict the search for lab findings. The system will check the document date that the lab system transfers as the date for the cumulative findings. The system evaluates the user parameter The |
Only Patholog. | The system will only display pathological values. |
SvceGroup | The system will only display lab values of the service group. |
Service | The system will only display lab values of the service. |
All Patients at a Care Unit | The system will display lab values for all patients in a departmental or nursing OU. The two variants Cumulative Findings (ABAP Report) and Web Dynpro Cumulative Findings are available You can find more information about this under Cumulative Findings for All Patients at a Care Unit. |
Cur. Page Patient | Prints the current page of the selection patient, see Example |
All Pages Patient | Prints all pages of the selected patient |
Pushbuttons are visible at the lower edge of the initial screen, which you can use to select the type of output of the cumulative findings:
Use
(-
) to call the Cumulative Findings (ABAP Report). This is part of i.s.h.med and requires no additional installation.
Use the table icon to call Web Dynpro Cumulative Findings. This is available without additional installations and can be used to graphically display selected analysis values.
Use
to print all findings you have selected in the initial screen. If you have specified a printer in customizing for the requesting organizational unit, the system will display the SAPscript print on this printer; otherwise, the system will prompt you for a printer.
Use
to exit the initial screen and return to the output list.
You can modify the initial screen for the cumulative findings (program SAPLN206
, screen 0100
) in the Implementation Guide
under .
You will need the Institution
and Requesting OU
fields as a part of the cumulative findings ID, only if you set up corresponding cumulative findings. The standard default specifies that these fields are hidden. SAP provides a corresponding entry for table TNDYM.
If the report runs as a background job, the print parameters must be provided as parameters. The system does not evaluate the print parameters of the work organizer control during background processing.
You can restrict the output of the data for a specific departmental or nursing OU.
This report can only be executed by users who belong to the report authorization group N_2_LAB1
.
You define the patients for whom the printout is to take place in the Print Area
. In addition to the nursing OU, you can also enter the departmental OU in order to filter out your "own" patients from an interdisciplinary occupancy.
You define which laboratory values are to be printed in Processing Mode
:
Only New Findings | The system will only print the findings of the patients for whom a lab value has changed. |
All Findings with Change | As soon as there is a new or changed lab value for a patient, the system will print all findings for this patient. |
All Findings | The system will print all findings of the patients at the care unit. |
You can define whether the print indicator should be set. The system needs the print indicator in order to recognize modified or new lab values for a repeat print. The system highlights these values in the Only New Findings
and All Findings with Change
processing modes.
Note
For your own evaluations: If the print indicator is set, the system sets a 'D' in the field N2TEXT
for a printed lab value in table N2LABOR001
.
You can print cumulative findings for all patients of an institution who are in this institution at the time of the printout. The list is sorted by OU and, within each OU, by patient name.
In addition, you can also print cumulative findings from outpatient cases. To do this, you select the relevant case type in the Additional_Movements
field group or the Outpatient Visits
movement category.
The print indicator behaves in the same way as the Composite Print for Each Care Unit
.
If you do not enter cumulative findings, the system uses the standard printout.
